Optima Grata is a professional coordination company. These pricing blocks are intended to give clients a cleaner understanding of how the service structure works before coordination becomes active.

Residential Requests

Standard Residential Request — $119

Priority / Complex Residential Request — $169

Residential requests are handled through a one-time Optima Grata coordination fee.

This fee covers Optima Grata’s coordination role through the request and placement process.
Provider labor, materials, and actual project pricing are separate.
There is no additional OG completion fee for residential requests during MVP unless stated clearly in writing.

Managed Commercial Accounts

Managed Commercial Account — $299/month

Priority Managed Commercial Account — $399/month

Commercial and recurring service needs are handled through an ongoing managed account structure.

The monthly account fee covers Optima Grata’s ongoing coordination and account support, including request handling, provider screening and placement support, communication structure, and commercial service oversight.
This monthly fee does not include provider labor, materials, or actual project execution costs.
Priority Managed Commercial Accounts receive faster and more attentive ongoing coordination.
Urgent, immediate, after-hours, or intensive project demands may still require separate job-specific Optima Grata coordination fees where applicable.

Commercial project funding: If a commercial job moves forward, the provider’s quote or estimate is handled separately from the monthly managed account fee. In those cases, 50% of the approved provider quote or estimate is due up front, and Optima Grata’s applicable service or coordination fee is added separately where stated. Remaining balance follows the approved job terms.

Payment requirement: Optima Grata does not move forward with coordination, placement, scheduling, or active project handling until the applicable required fee(s), deposit(s), or approved payment amount(s) have been received and confirmed.

Commercial add-on coordination fees may apply where warranted:
Urgent / Immediate Commercial Coordination Fee — $149
Multi-Day / Intensive Commercial Coordination Fee — starting at $249

Important clarification: Optima Grata does not guarantee third-party provider performance. Its role is to provide screening, structure, placement, coordination, and oversight designed to create a more reliable service experience.

What the monthly commercial fee covers

The Managed Commercial Account fee is OG’s fee for maintaining the commercial account relationship and providing ongoing coordination support.
